Job Progress — Superseded Planning Note

The 2025 merge-preparation checklist for the historical unified Study Management branch is no longer an implementable plan. Its feature-flag, Angular version, component, and branch assumptions predate the current All Studies, Systematic Searches, Bulk PDF, and Material 3 work.

The known last-modified mismatch and the original intent to make background work revisitable are retained in the Study Management programme, now the canonical FEAT-018 plan. Historical details remain available in issue #1917 and PRs #1865, #1875, #2511, and #2528.
